No More War Movement (NMWM); founded in London in 1921 by a group of absolute pacifists as a successor to the No-Conscription Fellowship; a majority of the sponsors were connected with the Independent Labour Party. For a time it was the British Section of the War Resisters' International. Members affirmed that they declared themselves unwilling to ever "take part in war, offensive or defensive, international or civil, whether by bearing arms, making or handling munitions, voluntarily subscribing...
